What are RCSCA's four products?
CCR builds your Consumer Confidence Report. Water Quality tracks every sample and result against its limit. Field covers well water levels, meter rounds and the RCSCA Field phone app. Reporting holds your state forms and the analytics behind each monitoring rule. All four share one login, one team and one calendar.
When is the Consumer Confidence Report due?
July 1 each year, covering the previous calendar year's data. You then certify delivery to your state, and both dates sit on your compliance calendar.
Where do the prefilled numbers come from?
From the monitoring results and system inventory in public state records, matched to your PWS ID, alongside your own labs' results. Prefill is a starting point: every value stays visible and editable.
Who is responsible for the final report?
Your water system certifies the report. That's why RCSCA shows its work: you should never have to trust a number you can't see and change, and the cells you edit are marked.
What does Reporting cover?
Where you stand on each monitoring rule and the forms you file for it: monthly coliform, the quarterly disinfection byproducts report, lead & copper tap results, and CCR certification, with the analytics behind each. Completed forms feed your CCR.
Does the Field app work without signal?
Yes. RCSCA Field, for iPhone and Android, keeps working at a sampling point with no signal and catches up when the phone is back online.
Does RCSCA file anything with the state?
No. RCSCA never files with your state or sends anything to your customers. You download the finished PDF and deliver it the way you do today, and the compliance calendar keeps the record of when you did. The only email RCSCA sends goes to your own team: deadline reminders, a sample assigned to you, and a draft report to review if you schedule one.

What does it cost?
Pricing is quoted per system in one of four bands (1–2, 3–5, 6–10, or 11+ wells and sources), in writing before you commit. Your whole team is included: there is no charge per teammate. Tell us your PWS ID and we'll size it, usually within one business day.
