When is the Consumer Confidence Report due?
July 1 each year, covering the previous calendar year's data. You then certify delivery to your state, and both dates sit on your compliance calendar.
Where do the prefilled numbers come from?
From the monitoring results and system inventory in public state records, matched to your PWS ID. Prefill is a starting point: every value stays visible and editable.
Who is responsible for the final report?
Your water system certifies the report. That's why RCSCA shows its work — you should never have to trust a number you can't see and change, and the cells you edit are marked.
What's on the dashboard, and what does Analytics add?
The dashboard shows how close each monitored contaminant sits to its regulatory limit, from your system's own state record. Analytics adds rule-by-rule views, starting with disinfection byproducts by monitoring location.
Which state forms are included?
The recurring ones: monthly coliform, quarterly DBP, lead & copper tap results, and CCR certification. Completed forms feed your report directly.
Does RCSCA file anything with the state?
No. Nothing publishes, files, or sends itself. You download the finished PDF and deliver it to your customers or your state the way you do today, and the compliance calendar keeps the record of when you did.

What does it cost?
Pricing is quoted per system in one of four bands — 1–2, 3–5, 6–10, or 11+ wells and sources — in writing before you commit. Seats are priced separately from system size. Tell us your PWS ID and we'll size it, usually within one business day.
